Refunds

Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website or doesn't do what it is supposed to do.

Membership Cancellations

You may cancel your  membership at any time.   All cancellation requests must be in writing and emailed to Bec Shui. Cancellation requests must be emailed and received by Bec Shui at least 14 days before your next payment is due.  Your next  payment will be charged if a request for cancellation is not received within the specified timeframe.  All past payments are non-refundable.
